“I have worked at the setting now for 30 years. I am NVQ level 3 qualified, Paediatric first aider and Deputy Safeguarding Lead. I have been the Deputy Manager for 4 years supporting the Manager with the day to day running of the setting, as well as working alongside a great supporting team providing a stimulating environment where children can play, learn and develop. I also oversee the finances including funding/fees. I am also a key worker and it gives me great pleasure interacting with the children encouraging them to be confident in what they do and achieve their goals before going onto mainstream school”
